The Most Popular Wristband Height is 1/2′(1.2cm), the other width is 1/4′(0.6cm), 3/4”(1.90cm), 1″(2.5cm), 1.5”(3.8cm), 2.0“（5cm). The thickness is around 2mm thickness.
- How to Make the Silicone Wristbands?
Step 1: Confirm the Silicone wristbands Design. Normally we need your logo to be vector graphic logo like pdf, cdr or AI, if you do not have, high solution jpeg also can work.
Step 2: Open the Mold, normally we open the bronze mold for the wristbands, inside message to open the steel mold.
Step 3: Rubber Color Modulation, all the silicone wristbands start from the transparent rubber first, add the color masterbatch to mix the color to be the color which we need.
Step 4: Cutting the Rubber to be small piece, check every piece weight to make sure each piece has same weight to assure the quality.
Step 5: Put each small piece silicone into the Vulcanization Machine, the wristbands is almost done.
Step 6: Trimming the wristbands to look perfect. If the logo is embossed or debossed logo, the embossed/debossed wristbands has been done.
Step 7: If the logo is printed silicon wristbands, we opened the film when we get the confirmation artwork, this step we print the logo on the blank wristbands. If the logo is Ink Injected logo, we injected the ink into the debossed wristbands.
Step 8: Drying the Printed/Ink Injected Wristbands.
Step 9: Inspect the quality.
